Lords of Alexstrasza Guild Rules and Guidelines
Serving the Alliance with honor and integrity.
A. General Expectations of Members
i. Play Fair. ii. Respect others outside the guild. iii. Courteous towards fellow guild members. iv. Mature Behavior. v. Have Fun.
B. Guild Membership i. All members of the guild must be level 58 or higher. ii. Applications for new members should be level 80. iii. Members are allowed one (and only one) alt in the guild. iv. Any other alts can join the alt guild <Why so Cyrius>. v. Members who are inactive or fail to log in for over 1 month with will be eligible for removal.
C. Guild Recruitment
i. The Guild Master, Officers, and Class Leaders will be the only people allowed to invite new members to the guild. ii. The Guild Master, Officers, and Class Leaders will be responsible for the denial or acceptance of applications submitted. iii. All applicants must fill out an application on the website unless specifically invited by the Guild Master. iv. All new recruits will be required to sign the Guild Rules in the forums stating they have read and agree to the guild rules/policies. v. New guild members will be placed on a probation period which will last 2 weeks. vi. At the end of the probation period the new guild member will be evaluated based on Raid Attendance (if applicable), Performance, Attitude, etc. to determine their future in the guild.
D. Guild Ranks
i. Guild Master - Oversee all guild activity. ii. Officer - Handle everyday tasks required to keep the guild running. Assist the GM with management duties. iii. Class Leader - Members who handle the management of their class. iv. Member - Members of the guild who have been in the guild for at least two weeks and have passed all new recruit requirements. v. Alt - Alts of guild Members. vii. Recruit - New members of the guild who are in a probation period.
E. Guild Chat
i. Guild chat should be used primarily for guild related discussion. ii. Spamming guild chat will not be tolerated and can result in guild removal. iii. The discussion of beavers, ferrets, tacos, or the 41-Point Talent are all allowed topics for discussion within guild chat.
F. Quiting Policy
i. Any member removed from the guild for improper behavior can not be re-invited back to the guild without consulting the Guild Master first. iv. Members that re-gain membership after leaving will return as a Recruit unless granted Member status by the Guild Master. v. Officers that leave the guild will not re-gain officer status upon returning. They must earn the position back. vi. Any member that leaves the guild for any reason also sacrifices all accumulated DKP.
G.The Bank i. The Bank is open to all guild members. ii. Item prices are generally listed on the Info tab of the bank. If you are unsure, deposit 25% of the item's AH value, or something else of equal value. If you are still unsure, talk to the Bank Officer. iii. Herbs in the guild bank are used to make flasks and are not for sale. iv. Flasks and Elixirs
- Flasks and Elixirs are supplied for guild raids (10 and 25) only.
- Alts are welcome to purchase flasks and elixirs participating in a guild raid.
- Flasks are not free. Prices are posted in the Info tab.
- Flasks are limited to 4 per day per member.
v. Loans
- The Guild Bank is also available to loan members gold.
- Decisions on whether to loan gold are the Bank Officer's and are made depending on time in the guild, guild standing, past bank history, etc.
- Loans are paid back at the rate of 500 gold per week until the loan is fully paid back.
H. "Raider" Status Requirements

I. New Guild Members
i. New guild members will be placed on a probation period which will last 2 weeks. ii. At the end of the probation period the new guild member will be evaluated based on Raid Attendance, Performance, Attitude, etc. to determine their future in the guild.

i. It is up to all LoA members to regularly check the website and forums for any changes to the guild rules or raid policy.
