What is an email address you can be contacted at?
What is your character name?
Please provide a link to your armory...
Do you have any alt-characters?  If so how many, what class, what level, and how often do you play them?  Have you raided any with them?  Please provide as much information as possible.
What is your history with raiding?  Did you raid Pre-BC? During BC?  Did you clear Black Temple?  If so what was your favorite encounter, and why?   Also what characters have you raided on and with what spec?  Again as much information about your raiding history as possible.
Tell us a bit about your past history with other guilds.  Is this your first guild?  What other guilds were you in?  Why did you leave those guilds?  Have you ever been kicked from a guild?  The more information you provide the better.
Do you know any members of Lords of Alexstrasza?  If so describe your relationship with them? (i.e. friends who meet in another guild, married to them, run 5-mans together, etc.)
What nights are you available to raid?  Our core raid nights are 7PM to 11PM (Server Time) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Tell us a bit about why you play World of Warcraft.  What parts of the game do you enjoy?  What makes it better than other MMO's or other genres?
Why do you want to join Lords of Alexstrasza?  What makes us stick out from the rest of the guilds on this server?  Also have you recently applied to any other guilds if so who?  Did they accept?  Did they deny?  If so why?
We currently use the EQDKP system to distribute loot in a 25-man Raids.  Have you heard of EQDKP before?  Tell us what you know about it.

Class Specific Questions

What spec are you most comfortable with for tanking, DPSing, or both? Explain why in as much detail as possible.
How do you dump your runic power? Describe it in examples of situations, in addition to what abilities you use.
The raid leader is setting up the next pull with a few crowd controlled mobs. What abilities will you not be using that you would otherwise normally use?
TANKING: List an Icecrown Citadel boss, hard or normal, where you would have an advantage over similarly geared tanks of different classes. Explain in as much detail as possible.
DPS: Put the following statistics in an order of importance, and then explain how each statistic benefits you in as much detail as possible: Strength, Armor Penetration, Haste.
DPS: For the Dreamwalker fight in Icecrown Citadel, describe how the various Death Knight abilities help manage the adds. Be specific.
Do you currently have a dual spec? If so what is it and how do you use it? Would you be willing to use your offspec for a progression night or if needed? Please explain.
